“Striving to inspire others to reach their full potential by providing them with understanding, tools, and resources to be successful is my primary focus. I build meaningful relationships through empathy and positivity to create a safe environment for people to feel comfortable sharing their personal stories. I recognize the value in others and help guide them in their personal and professional development.

I have clinical experience working with adolescents, adults and families in various stages of life. I have over ten years of experience working in the high school and college settings. Offering a non-judgemental space for processing feelings and emotions while formulating plans together to manage the stressors of life. I specialize in trauma, grief, women's issues, mood disorders, self-esteem building, depression, anxiety and relationship concerns.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My Master’s Degree is in Counseling Education/Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulnes, Human Trafficking, and Suicide Prevention. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, going to concerts, and ice skating.”
