"Life can bring moments of change, uncertainty, and challenge, and you don’t have to navigate those alone. In therapy, I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in connection where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and move toward growth and healing. My approach integrates attachment-based, trauma-informed, family systems, psychodynamic, and mindfulness frameworks to support children, adolescents, young adults, and families in understanding themselves and their relationships in new ways.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago. My background spans direct clinical work and systems-level support in the field of Infant Mental Health. Early in my career, I provided intensive relationship-based therapy with infants, young children, and their families. More recently, I have supported and trained the Infant Mental Health workforce, helping practitioners strengthen reflective, trauma-informed, and attachment-based practice.
Areas of specialty include trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relational challenges. Outside of work, I find balance through time in nature, gardening, and creative projects that nurture curiosity and calm."
