Marnie Thomas M.A., LPC

Marnie

“Feeling comfortable enough to open up and share life challenges can be a difficult experience. I strive to create a relaxed, creative, caring, safe and interactive environment to take the anxiety and stress off the sharing process. My focus is on confronting issues head on and implementing real tools to create healthy change and empowerment.

I have clinical experience working with adolescents, adults and couples. Offering unique and healthy cognitive alternatives. I specialize in anger management, women's issues, mood disorders, self-esteem building, depression, anxiety and relationship concerns.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My Master’s Degree is in Counseling Education/Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Training, Human Trafficking Training, Sex Therapy and Suicide Training. Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, time spent outdoors, riding horses, fishing and traveling.”
